If you think you can take your profit and put it into another company that can grow faster than Qantas, then you should do it.
After all, a profit is a profit.
But.... if you can't find something that looks better than QAN over the short to medium term then maybe you should hold.
Let me know what you do as it is a question we need to ask when exiting and entering a holding.
I'm especially interested if you sell, to see what you selected, that you thought might be better.
