I am short Qantas, but will happily say Qantas is not alone. I flew to London via Thailand recently and it was a nightmare changing flights. I am flying there again via Singapore airlines, who do not even have correct requirements on UK/Singapore entry on website or staff knowledge.
FLYING IS STILL FRAUGHT WITH DIFFICULTIES, contrary to what all the idiot experts tell you. You'd best triple check and triple print documents if you do and have everything on your phone ready to argue with check-in staff who are often misinformed on requirements - the idiots at Singapore still believing I need to do a PCR test for UK which I do not.
