possibly, Hopeful9, but the better comparison is IAG, EZJ or AIZ as England, Ireland, Spain and New Zealand aviation is more comparable to Australia than the U.S.
The Governors say in New York and California have not dealt very well with COVID/ Wuhan virus so it is not quite comparable to UAL zone those grounds IMHO.
