I just look at it this way ...... 747s were used to carry cargo for many many years , A380s are much bigger and offer greater space to carry cargo and as cargo is often more profitable than passengers MAYBE there is still a use for the A380s . Not saying it will happen but it is certainly a possibility however unlikely it may seem .
