It's amazing how QAN and the press keep hailing the paydown of debt from $6.5bn to $4bn, as if it were from a turnaround in profits. The company paid this down from selling the only remaining sellable assets that they have and the they still incinerate cash on a daily basis.
I'd love to know what they did about the fuel hedges when they ran out on June 30. They must be losing so much money right now.
Just sit on your shorts boys and girls. This is a multi-generational shorting opportunity and will halve from here over the next year or so.
