I am sure this will get drowned out by the feline fool, but as said before, Joyce and co. doing a terrible job of operationally running the business since COVID. The recent outsourcing of baggage services clearly worsening an already difficult return to operations after long periods of inactivity:

1 in 10 bags not making flights is pretty appalling. You can't continuously shave cap-ex from basic operational functional maintanance levels and not expect drops in operational standards. 25% of staff unskilled.

Lets not invest in basic operations but go and load up on debt and buy some new shiny planes instead.
