Exactly my experience. I have a number of credits that I can't use unless I ring them. The last time I tried I was on the line for 3 hours before I gave up. They can't provide basic services and they collect bonus amounts which must be based on some very soft measures. They are impacting our economy. Tourist operators would be nervous, if people don't want to travel on Qantas they will struggle.They may be too important to fail in Australia, but they may be too incompetant to grow and be profitable.
