One new plane ordered , and we get jammed with yet another Alan Joyce Saturday night appearance, all paid for to be shown on the Channel Nine News at 6:00pm. School holidays come along, the queues are out the door, the prices have gone up 90%, luggage is missing, 12 hour stayovers for connecting flights, and no staff to help any customers because AJ sacked them all. Not a word or a single photo or article from Alan Joyce. He is too busy spending his $20 million on another house. The QANTAS BOARD should move this bloke on and put a new CEO in charge. Why would you keep him ? Take a look at his last 3 years. Customers queuing up to use the planes, and he can't deliver a customer service experience to make it pleasant. SACK THE CLOWN.
