Hello

For disclosure i don't own or will ever own QAN.

Just as a customer for many years and lifetime gold status membership..

It's not hard to be number 1 when there is really only 2 carriers in the country, both equally as average as each other..

Qantas have completely lost all sense of quality and customer satisfaction..

The public reputation is extremely shocking.

It needs to lift its game.. and is being left behind in the international market compared to the majority of international carriers

If it wasn't for One World and tagging along on the shoulders of Emirates I don't think Qantas would survive.

The necessary cost cutting to reduce debt In turn resulting in profit.

As had a detrimental affect on the reputation Internationally and domestically..

In saying that it wouldn't of been is such a financial messy was any good in the first place...

Qantas as no class and portrays an image of being cheap with high prices which is always going to be unpopular with the public..
Especially when they most of the time the public have no other choice..

And it's been like this for so long it become the norm

As I said it's not hard to be the best when there is only 2
