Joyce burning through his taxpayer funded bailout money quickly to prop up $QAN. Imagine the share price collapse when they're done with this idiotic buyback and are facing their overdue capex costs. Ouch. This is the dumbest corporate activity that I've seen by a supposed blue-chip for a long, long time.
