The leading article on news.com.Au is a tale about an elderly couple travelling from Skopje to Melbourne through Bangkok.
After Jetstar deserted them in Bangkok after their flight to Melbourne was cancelled, they took their wheelchair and left them deserted.
This happens quite regularly with Jetstar and Gareth Evans leaves the airline in December, so I wonder with such bad customer service, Will Qantas be best just ditching Jetstar?
