Lmao... try not to let your bias show so easily ..... pretty sure every airline ( definitely most ) had the mask policy in place ....... it wasn't just Qantas . Furthermore i have just returned from Cape Town and i flew Singapore airlines who had been the benchmark for service and i heard many economy passengers complaining about how the service was ordinary at best , Bus class service was ok but not great and not how i remember them from many years ago when they were brilliant ....... could be a generation thing .
