They have enormous problems with operations, these pilots like Gregory Lynn and the Jetstar Indonesia and Jetstar Japan debacles.
A lot of other countries would have called them for a please explain and a warning to ground operations.
The ATSB and CASA are clearly quite poor regulators and let QAN and its sub Jetstar get away with too much.
