Yes, excellent point about QAN's drop in how it's globally ranked.

I am skeptical about Skytrax airline rankings as it's easy for money to change hands to influence how airlines are placed, but it's accurate to suggest that QAN has definitely declined. So many passengers are angry at its woeful performance, whether with luggage losses, travel credits that are a joke (on passengers - excellent for QAN's bottom line), massive payments to Joyce and fellow executives, pathetic punctuality, far too many cancellations and so it goes on.
