The ACCC may not always be correct, but it thought how QAN was administering these travel credits was problematical. It was on the right tram.
You don't seem to understand that since fares have risen hugely, a 'travel credit' from say 2020 may not come close to purchasing the same travel.
For ages, QAN also denied refunds to those who did not want to attempt to undertake their originally planned journey.
