Some of the key personnel at QAN may have changed in recent times, would have been much more productive if the incumbent Chairman had placed the longer-term outcomes for the airline ahead of individual pursuits, but QAN is now and will remain indefinitely just another airline, or most likely a smouldering heap of a former icon. Dividends from QAN, nil since 2019, will be lucky to survive. No longer, if at all, investment grade stock, at best a mere trading stock for the day traders and hedge funds.
