Embarrassingly, the Chairman was asked by a SH about dirty floor tiles in the arrival areas at Melbourne Airport and the lack of water filling stations (an especial problem in summer, effectively forcing passengers and visitors to purchase water at inflated airport prices).
Mr Goyder had to admit (reluctantly) QAN was merely a tenant, a reminder as to how it has almost no net tangible assets. (Tony75 says nil IIRC). The farm has long been sold off!
