I didn't watch this part of the AGM:
(from 'The Australian' online):"...And Mr Goyder shut down questions from shareholder Chris Maxworthy who pressed him on the sale of shares by former CEO Alan Joyce in June.
Mr Maxworthy questioned the ethics of the board and implied Mr Joyce knew what was ahead for Qantas when he sold 2.5 million shares for $17m.
“You’re implying an illegal act. I’m not going to let that stand in this room. Can we close down microphone 2?” said Mr Goyder.."
