    The AGM's Remuneration Report resulted in a first strike against QAN.

    Why only cut awards by 20 per cent? It would appear QAN is delaying a decision on some of these financial awards until it perceives the heat is out of the kitchen, allowing quiet approval.

    With its STIP, 'customer (sic) - it means passenger - experience still only accounts for 30 per cent of the weighting.

    What a joke (on QAN shareholders). Insulting to passengers who are often delayed, suffer cancelled flights, have been booked on 'ghost' flights, can't ever find a business class redemption even if they book 353 days ahead internationally...
