Hard to see AQZ getting in to any trouble. They do have a fair bit of debt but they also have a lot of in demand aircraft.
The interesting time coming up is what QAN will do with the contract they have with AQZ to provide E190 aircraft and crews. As the new A220s come on line at QAN, will QAN reduce the E190 flying or will they use the opportunity to discard some of their very old 737s and keep the full fleet of E190s running for QAN.
The danger for QAN if they don't keep the AQZ E190s under contract is that Virgin could very quickly expand its reach by using the AQZ fleet. At the moment, QAN's big advantage is the frequency and reach using it's large fleet. Last thing QAN want is Virgin matching them.
