Do you not understand that eventually, if a company's reputation becomes poor, its revenue and hence gross and net profits, and dividends to SH, are adversely affected?
This may not matter so much when planes are largely full and yields per passenger high due to limited capacity, but hey, when a recession comes or some unpredictable event occurs, it'll be relevant.
