Yep, Qantas ticking over quite nicely at the moment.
There is some hedging in place for fuel costs and currency variations, although I don't see this as particularly significant or material.
A rising AUD and falling Oil prices are certainly positive, if maintained into the near/longer future.
Last week Jet Fuel prices fell by 3% (Asia-Oceania), making a reduction average of 17.4% over the last year.
I can't help but feel that the outcome of the Federal Election might also have eased some perceptions of QAN's prospects as an investment.
