Interesting read no doubt. But I have concerns about any analysis of Qantas that doesn't look at the pandemic's affect on Qantas's business/corporate travel segment (which my understanding is that this was the highest margin segment for Qantas previously). This would make sense given corporates generally book travel much closer to the travel date than leisure flyers, more likely to book a flex fare and far more likely to do premium or business.
