Another factor is that with corporates (including government), staff, Directors and others usually are not paying from their own purse or wallet, and hence don't care what fare they pay.
It's relatively easy to avoid 'best fare of the day' policies.
Joyce says corporate travel is at 65 per cent of what it was. He may be spinning that at least a bit, so maybe it's worse for QAN than he says.
