Remember those forecasts don't take into consideration further lockdowns or other acts of government or natural disasters. So, that estimate seems to be shot out of the water. The eastern seaboard is where most travel occurs, and this is hitting all air carriers hard. But I do think that deals are being done behind closed doors because the respective CEOs are eerily quiet now at a time they should be screaming into any microphone which is plugged in and switched on.
But looking at it existentially, QAN is down a whopping 6c while most of the country seems to be in lockdown until the 2032 Olympics.
