Yes, a sharp focus on the QAN management debacle. Some posters obfuscate with claims of anti QAN bias. Not so, QAN will have some affection in the wider community. The issue is the management responsibility to place QAN and its front-line staff, and loyal customers in disadvantage. All reality nothing philosophical there.
