Medical diversions are rare, and so are weather problems requiring the same.
My main point was the all-too-frequent delays.
Why don't you look at the history (over the last few months) a few other QAN flights (such as QF1 to London, QF7/11/93 etc. to the USA, QF23 to Bangkok, QF19 to Manila, QF67/69 to India, QF127 to Hong Kong, the new QF129 to Shanghai and one of the worst, QF101 to Honolulu) to see what can be an appalling timekeeping record? On top of that, there are far too many cancellations, and no, they're by no means all due to 'medical diversions' or 'weather'.
