Interesting how you choose Turkish Airlines. Formerly Asia Minor, Turkey is surrounded by many countries. With Europe situated conveniently to its northwest, Africa to its south and Asia to the east, Turkey is primely positioned to exploit a huge number of locations, so it's understandable it has such a huge network and easy to make a comparison with Qantas.
Australia is the world's largest island, so apart from Indonesia and greater southeast Asia, it is miles away from the other larger continents. So, understandably, it won't have such an extensive network.
But, the main point I'd like to make here is that at 2.50, 3.50, 4.50 and 5.50 you and the remaining members of the HC psych ward were screaming that QAN was going to zero on the ASX and was essentially bankrupt.
I'm guessing tomorrow, November 15, it'll close in the green again. That's the only number I care about.
