Befuddled state? At .02? Obviously you are a non-drinker, and good for you, but the rest of us can handle it. You are not drunk at .02. Actually, most arent drunk at .08. In fact, when they introduced the .08 limit, the Police stated that : "Although it will be an offence to drive with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08, the Act in no way implies that a person over that limit is drunk." So.....unless the cops have changed the human metabolism.....you are NOT befuddled at .02. BUT.....some are terribly befuddled without drinking.
