you are right, it is now 0.05 in the NT.
It was higher in the 1970s. I went from Melbourne to work in Darwin briefly days before it was destroyed by Cyclone Tracy (yes, I was there when it was hit), and remember well that the Territorians had a higher legal alcohol limit.
