sure the shareprice has suffered since the announcement that Reyes needs his 2 weeks to make a decision, but there is no further risk now than there was before the commission even conducted their report. As far as i'm concerned, there is no way they can close the mine, if you think so, on what grounds i ask???

There is significant value in the price now for anybody willing to have a go now. The mine will open, i have almost no doubt.
