when you spend more money on exploration than you will report a larger loss. It all is very logical, more tenements equals more exploration, equals more cost.
As COK does not yet produce they therefore will report a greater loss.
What should excite you is that all their tenements and the proposed new acquisitions are so close to the railway network therefore a lot of the infrastructure is in place.
