The only pricing we know for certain in Enterprise contracts is NA Williams in at 12 cents US per delivery. In their last 4c the blended rate came out at 22c.
I'm finding it hard to reason with your position that last mile logistics software is easily replicable. They do have IP. Why doesn't any of the big courier companies have last mile routing and dispatch software?
Uber's principle competitive advantage is routing and dispatch in a SaaS environment. It's not great- just pure geo routing. And it doesn't have to do sequential routing and/or dynamic routing, or contend with capacity concerns as logistics do.
