will rights issue at 3.5 put pressure on heads

    Thinking out loud here & trying not to Downramp

    but if Existing holders can buy at 3.5c then what is the purpose of buying at higher prices other than Increase Qty of shares to buy for Rights issue or if currently not a holder.

    So IF I have 50k heads the rights issue gives me option to pick up another 25k at 3.5c. Can someone confirm this or am I being misled somewhere
