watso is sure that those subsistence farmers in burma, will be pleased about the windfall, that they think that they may receive. heaven forbid, but they might even like to dream that they might be able to buy a tata car, from their share of the proceeds. just a shame, that all the funds that burma might receive, could be used by the burmese junta, to buy more guns, or maybe to salt away in a swiss bank account, or maybe even lend it to the united states
