    This stock will run hard when and if a deal is announced.
    This is a very tightly held stock and my opinion is that they will have to have an EGM to approve the placement by shareholders.
    And the a backdoor listing if that is whats happening.
    It is an excellent shell company with cash in the bank and seems to be trading well.
    IMOO.
