re: question for yellowcake People still must remember that the Federal Govt CAN OVERRIDE State legislation in regards to granting mining permits on Uranium!
The Govt will be looking to capitalise on the uranium boom especially if it becomes clear that the rest of the resource sector is starting to slow. After all it about income for the nation which means taxes and royalties for the government of the day!
I can't see the government allowing this period of potentially hyperinflated or some would argue true value uranium prices pass by and allow Canada to reap the rewards.
