I think ECT needs to learn to under promise and over deliver and not the other way round. Because we keep seeing what happens to our SP (st anyway), when the latter occurs.

They promised at the AGM that we would see the first transaction in the following week after the AGM. And this didn’t happen, so they shouldn’t promise it. No excuses.
They should’ve just left it at something like “we need more time to negotiate the terms and conditions with Monash IMO.” Our SP might cop less of a battering if these perceived timeframes by many weren’t continually missed!

- If Adam is on leave till 14 Jan could that perhaps mean that it is around that time when the “real” action will start? In mid Jan?
- If the placement for Monash was raised to 2c all those months ago partly to offer up some compo for such delays back then, what would the compo be now considering it’s the end of 2012 almost?
- If Neil was Frustrated by the delays back in July of this year [as per the post Amazed made], why hasn’t he done something about it considering it’s December now?
- Should shareholder’s be happy by the delays in the Monash settlement because it may indicate management are fighting for a good issue price for the shares perhaps are now in a better position to do so due to the ALDP shortlisting?
- Should holders be concerned about the possibility of further dilution re Monash placement monies?
- Does Monash recognise and acknowledge that they are in part to blame for a delayed finalised DFT because of their delays to hand over money to us? Are they partly liable for that?

These are some of the questions that I have.

Of course I'm extremely positive and optimistic on the long term for ECT but In the meantime it feels a bit like a Cirque du Soleil occuring here. For our share price especially!
