My guess is they will wait for some negative sentiment in the SPs of oil and gas b4 launching.

The idea of ORG TO bid may have some merit but 4 STO, WPL, OSH, STO nad SXY, the talk has died since AWE.

The northern hemisphere arctic freeze in the P.R.C. As well as here in NYC and Europe may impact stocks positively in sentiment but bodes poorly for TO bids IMHO but pls DYODD.
