I'm not a SBM shareholder and don't know the management at all. I'm a shareholder in TMX.
TMX is owned 10% by SBM.
TMX has a gold deposit within trucking distance of one of SBM's mines
A takeover offer was made for TMX yesterday and I don't think SBM would support it.
