    "However the funding agreement is highly conditional and is only preliminary, with a final deal yet to be signed.

    One analyst - who did not want to be named - said the term sheet signed with Mizuho contained "brutal" conditions, but may have been the only funding option available for Chemeq in its current circumstances"
