    I hear that ANZ are the bank pushing to wind up TIM...they dont like dealing with the current board however a plus maybe that they will now be dealing with the administrators. Going into VA gives TIM a 30 day life line to restructure debts and also poss avoids the banks receivers coming in May 1.
