There is a BIG difference between IF and WILL. This is English 101.
SHALL and MIGHT
DEFINITELY and MAYBE
MUST and PROBABLY
In my opinion, there is very rarely justification for SHALL, DEFINITELY, WILL or MUST in the stock market, especially with speculative stock.
Anyone who writes that these orebodies WILL never be mined cannot know this. This means they have no credibility. Same goes for those who say that FMS DEFINITELY has 1 billion tonnes of DSO iron ore.
