Looking back at last years annual report, there's only one substantial shareholder listed - Greg Beirne with 18.8m shares.
From memory there was one line of approx 9m shares, and another of 5m go through the other day.
My take is he's taken the increased liquidity of the annoucnement to dump a significant portion of his holding, and the remaining could be sitting there at 4.1c... who knows?
I'll wait to see whether a tardy substantial holder announcement makes its way out before I speculate on any of these said 'conspiracy theories'.
