The amount of shares traded each day on EMR, he may never of been able to get rid of 7 million before. Maybe he smells a cap raising and still holding 7 million, he can buy them back cheaper. Who knows, but we wont have to much longer to wait till the MOU is formalised, payment completed, and hopefully sp movement upwards. Its been a long road.
