and I don't think Gillard will resign. She will either go to the back bench or take on the industrial relations portfolio.
Even if she resigns and triggers a by-election, her Altona electorate will return a Labor member to parliament. The electorate is a strong labor seat, voters there know not to return a Labor member will mean the end of the Labor government, they will return a Labor member to Canberra.
