Hey team, quick speculative post - SHJ has been hammered for quite some time.
In my experience, a big long selloff like this usually shows that someone is trying to manipulate the price lower. I've seen it time and again (most recently Spotless). This kind of long protracted selling is slightly unjustified (IMHO), and we all kind of agree that listed legal firms are not a good idea anyway. With SGH struggling and facing collapse, SHJ may profit and pick up some of the pieces. It will have more flexibility with timing of cases if it is in private hands.
Ultimately from my understanding, the founder is involved again. My question is: Do you think there is a motion to privatise or perhaps someone is pushing the price down to make a play (takeover) of the company?
