This ban on short selling across all sectors is a red herring. S/S keeps money flowing through the investment/trading sector. If someone makes money on a bet that OZL's sp goes from $1.50 to $0.10, that's their good fortune.
It's OZL's stuff-up if they can't manage themselves and convince investors and traders that they are worth more than what they are currently valued on the market.
Remove the ban on financials too.
