Worth remembering POG has a leveraged effect on miner's profits as in this example.
ALL in costs of prod: USD1100
POG at USD1200 = USD100/oz net profit.
POG at USD 1300 = USD 200/oz i.e. profit doubles!!
POG at USD1400 = USD 300/oz i.e. profit triples!!
How many industrial companies can grow profits like this?? Above equation does not take into account fluctuations in AUD but any fall in AUD boosts profits further. Profits also boosted by any increase in prod from mine.
