Have me make a comment... over on the SMR thread I said SMR should not pay more than USD300m for the 20% Mitsui Stake in response to a news article saying Mitsui were looking for USD400-500m. Looks like SMR got the 20% for about USD300m (and perhaps less) after adjusting for dividends and 2-3 months "free" earnings.
If there was a takeover - and I doubt there will be one - would prefer script to get script for script CGT rollover and more liquidity in the market.
